Making me VERY fustrated. Why can't they "train" their staff correctly. Today I want to change my health insurance from United Health Care to ???? I want to change my pharm from Rite Aid to ??? I'm running out of places to move my business and with 1 med totaling just over $5k, you wld think they would have received enough training. Aaahhhhh!!! =$
